On the slopes of Etna, on the Vajasindi estate , Duca di Salaparuta has decided to start an innovative experimentation by cultivating for the first time a demanding grape variety such as Pinot Noir . Nawàri , a pure Pinot Noir , which amazes with its exceptional personality and its important structure, combined with the elegance of the fruit and great freshness, is born from this oenological challenge. Pinot Noir is a vine with a sensual charm that demands a lot, the Etna area and in particular the Tenuta di Vajasindi is the only one in all Sicily to have the ideal conditions for this difficult vine. Nawàri is a pure Pinot Noir that expresses the peculiarities of the land from which it is born and, therefore, constitutes a unique experience; a wine of rare elegance with a strong and distinctive personality.
